The Prime Minister of Burma/Myanmar, Lt. Gen. Soe Win, has died. General Win, also known as the "Butcher of Depayin", died in hospital yesterday of undisclosed causes but it is possible his selection of a Buddhist monk costume for an early Halloween party could have been untimely.
