Andrew Moonen was allegedly sacked from his mercenary position by Blackwater USA for shooting the bodyguard of an Iraqi Vice President. Somehow this didn't stop him from keeping his security clearance and getting another job at a defence contractor two months later. The State Department is unsurprisingly reticent to speak about the incident.
