US Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach, nice working class name that, thinks that moves afoot in Congress to force the FDA to regulate the sale of fags is a bad idea. Herr von Eschenbach believes that the new responsibilities could be "extremely difficult for the FDA to implement" and I, for one, do not think that we should challenge his assessment of his own incompetence.
