Don't ask - don't tell - Fish & Wildlife style

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is sending two employees to meetings in Norway and Russia but has forbidden them to discuss "climate change, polar bears and sea ice". The Department claims that the sole reason for this is a protocol which insists that invitees to such discussions must stick to an agreed upon agenda.

Consistent with this policy the two departmental employees will also not be discussing where they bought their shoes, the NCAA basketball tournament (men's or women's) or the weather during their trip abroad.
