After he gets finished with his jail time some sensitivity training is in order for Ricky Young of Fort Worth TX. Mr. Young was working at a till in a supermarket when Cody Goodnight tried to purchase two bottles of lemonade. Mr. Young thought that Mr. Goodnight was being rude when he didn't not respond to a question form Mr. Young so he beat him on his head with a crowbar. Mr. Young has been deaf since the age of two.
A note to Mr. Young (and any of his fellow Texans who think like him): it is not appropriate behaviour, even, perhaps especially, in Texas to beat someone on the head with a crowbar even if you believe them guilty of rudeness. It's just not done OK. And don't even think about shooting them either.
