The US government can pursue the seizure of the estate of Ken Lay, former chairman of Enron, in pursuit of 13 million USD a US District Judge has ruled.
How is there 13 million left? I distinctly remember Mr. Lay's widow standing outside of the palatial home the two owned after the company's collapse and telling the world that they had "lost everything".
Should the US government manage to get their hands on 13 million USD it will be enough to fund the illegal occupation of Iraq for a little over two hours!
