One teeny, tiny step forward

America's largest gun dealer, Wal-Mart, is set to "get tough" on gun purchasers by filming them as they buy their guns and then keeping track of which guns were subsequently used illegally as part of an effort to reduce gun crime. It would seem that ceasing to sell guns might be a more effective method simply never occurred to them!
