In addition to the leaked, less than encouraging GAO report on Iraq the latest report from the International Crisis Group reports that the situation in Iraq has deteriorated along with the situations in Bangladesh, Burundi, DR Congo, Georgia, Guatemala, non-Kashmir India, Philippines and Somalia. According the rather damning report "Iraq is increasingly unstable, ungoverned and extremely violent". I just love good news, don't you?
