The Pentagon is busy preparing a document on the progress of the "surge" in Iraq that is in direct contradiction of much of General Petreaus's two days of testimony before Congress. Even if he was not sworn in, and it seems that at least on the first day he was not, it is still a crime to lie to Congress is it not?
