With pasta prices having risen by 30% angry Italians have called a national pasta strike. The price rise is an effect of farmers switching crops to produce biofuels so Americans can have enough cheap fuel so that they can drive a quarter of mile to the 7 Eleven to buy a couple of dozen doughnuts!
