The list of European countries where Tom Cruise* and his loving family will feel at home is growing ever smaller. Germany has been off the list for quite a while and it now looks set to be joined by Belgium where a prosecutor has branded the cult/church as a "criminal organisation" and has recommended that it be prosecuted for fraud and extortion. The Church of Scientology and its International European Office for Public Affairs and Human Rights has been under investigation in Belgium for nearly ten years.
