If we all die a horrible, lingering and painful death at the hands of Islamofacistevildoers we will probably have Federal Judge Henry Kennedy to thank. After all he ruled yesterday the government has to come up with a better answer than "because we say so" to deny a Freedom of Information Act request relating to the secret and almost certainly illegal domestic surveillance programme. After we all go up in a mushroom cloud just because the federal government was not allowed to listen to my phone calls to my family I'm going to come looking for you Judge Kennedy.
