In the wee hours of Saturday morning a woman in St. Paul was mugged by a man who took her keys and mobile phone and then proceeded to lick her (naked) toes. Commander Kevin Casper of the St. Paul police rather astutely defined the assault as "weird sexual behavior."
In related news the office of Senator Larry Craig (Never Has Been Gay - ID) released a statement that indicates that Senator Craig was hundreds of miles away from the Twin Cities over the entire weekend. The office would not answer questions as to why it was felt necessary to release this statement at this time.
