Nearly three years ago the Decider(TM) decided to decide to admit that Saddam Hussein's Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction. The trouble is, when he said that, he didn't actually believe what he was saying. So what else is new? Who needs facts when they get in the way of the really big ideas?
