A Federal court has held that the US government cannot simply transfer a small piece of land inside of a national preserve, on which a Christian veterans' memorial stands, to a private group and then pretend that the government has nothing to do with the cross which is more than 2 metres tall.
Ruling is expected to be overturned by the US Supreme Court as soon as their prayer meeting is over.
