America's First Lady had surgery yesterday to correct a pain in her neck; I am assuming that this means George. Since she has excellent, taxpayer financed health care she could just pop into hospital whilst Captain Codpiece was out of town to have him removed.
Here in Old Blighty, due to extraordinarily high demand and the failure of socialised medicine to respond to the market, the waiting list to have a pain in the neck (or arse or bollocks) caused by the Presidency of George W. Bush removed is 498 days!
