A legislator from Michigan, David Agema, thinks it is a great idea to arm schoolteachers so they can protect their students from guntoting madmen, terrorists and rabid porcupines. He has introduced a bill in the Michigan legislature to that effect. Mr. Agema you will be surprised to learn is a Republican.
