...we know there is a severe drought in our area but you had better water your bloody lawns with watering cans or we'll fine your arse! After all homes with "neatly landscaped lawns of grass is of the utmost importance to our community" (during a drought)! Isn't it nice when grown ups act calmly, sensibly and responsibly in the face of a common challenge?

how did you find out about our little hamlet and its absurd watering requirements? I was just looking for an image to use and your post came up in google. hilarious! I was a part of the crew who outsted the board and their napoleonic tendencies. they are now a part of our sordid history! cheers!
