If the Decider's nominee for US Surgeon General, Dr. James Holsinger, ends up being an ex-nominee rather than the actual Surgeon General because of one or two minor stumbling blocks he might have picked up along the way and that will be overly politicised by the Godless Democrats he could do worse than to consider South Africa's Health Minster Manto Tshabalala-Msimang. It sounds as if she would fit right in with Bush's other minions.
