Is al Qaeda the new Enron?

Who is this al Qaeda-Iraq that everyone is suddenly talking about? Is it a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of al Qaeda Inc which is incorporated in the Caymen Islands and used to move unproductive assets off the balance sheet?
