"Tyger! Tyger! burning bright In the forests of the night"

Wild tigers, believed to have been wiped out in the forests of the Sahyadri mountain range in the Indian state of Maharashtra by human encroachment and poaching have made a surprising comeback as as many as 20 of the great cats have been spotted in a recent survey.

Let's hope that this batch survives!
