What's your meatprint?

This should have been obvious but then one can never be obvious enough for some people. A paper published in British medical journal The Lancet says that western nations need to slash their meat consumption in order to fight global warming and, whilst they are at it, improve their health. It recommends that world wide consumption should be cut from 100 g per day per person to 90 g per day per person which seems insignificant until you realise that western diets range from 200 g to 250 g per person per day.

Well, what are you waiting for? Eat a carrot.
