The newly formed Genocide Prevention Task Force is not to review Israeli actions in the West Bank or Gaza despite previous assertions that it would. I wonder how that could have happened. I am certain it is not due to political pressures from the governments of Israel or the United States.
Personally I don't think that Israeli actions in the illegally occupied territories extend to genocide, at least as of you. However I have little doubt that the Israel government, the Israeli security forces and the Israeli military have commited war crimes and crimes against humanity in both the illegally occupied Palestinian territories and in the Lebanon.
