Apparently not satisfied with his veto of the SCHIP extension that would have helped provide health insurance to millions of otherwise uninsured American children Captain Codpiece and his minions are attempting to push through swingeing cuts to Medicaid that would make it difficult or impossible for many poor or disabled Americans to has access to health care.
