How many Hail Marys is it for a blow job again?

The Roman Catholic bishop of Portsmouth, the Right Reverend Crispian Hollis, is backing a local campaign by the Women's Institute to licence brothels. It's just a guess on my part but I rather think that this probably isn't official Vatican policy.
