Captain Codpiece has developed a loving relationship with his veto pen. He did manage to sign what he described as an imperfect defence spending bill but he vetoed a bill to reauthorise funding for children's healthcare and claimed it was based on his rediscovery (or perhaps just discovery) of fiscal prudence. Today he has vetoed a spending bill for labor, health and education once again because he just hates that deficit spending. It's a good thing he doesn't veto anything funding anything of value.
