In which I have a brilliant idea

Cal Thomas is one of those people who cause me to, when I see him on screen, get an overwhelming desire to punch him in the face. His explicit expression of torture on the Washington Post's website does nothing to help me suppress this desire. Since he expresses the caveat that torture should only occur in a situation where it will save lives I propose the following. If we can find some terrorists who promise not to launch attacks that they have planned if we torture Cal Thomas I think that we will, using Mr. Thomas's logic, have no choice other than to torture Mr. Thomas to save lives. We can probably auction the rights to perform this humanitarian function on Ebay and raise significant funds - for charity of course.
