Despite desperate and exceedingly silly steps (i.e. praying for rain) taken by the Governor of Georgia to deal with the drought he had totally failed to plan for it is not going to be a rainy night in Georgia. This despite the fact that they had planned their prayer party on a day when there was a 50% chance of light rain predicted!
