Are Captain Codpiece's minions and others in the US intelligence community once again planning on an illegal and perhaps violent overthrow of the democratic government of Venezuela? You may love him; you may loathe him (and many do) but Hugo Chavez is still the legal and constitutionally elected President of Venezuela, with a bigger mandate than The Captain ever received, and to have any involvement in a coup against his government would be a clear violation of both US and international law.
