Shouldn't the mission be accomplished soon?

Despite the recent reduction US casualties five American military deaths on Monday have made 2007 the deadliest year for Americans since the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq over four years ago. And there's still nearly two months to go!

Perhaps the Decider(TM) should strap on his codpiece once again and head off to remind us that the battle is over and victory is ours. I seem to have forgotten.
