I am absolutely certain that this move by the incumbent governor of Kentucky, Ernie Fletcher, to suddenly display the 10 commandments, or at least one of the several versions of them, on the grounds' of the state's Capitol on the day before the state goes to the polls to decide on his reelection bid is not a cynical political ploy to attract one issue right wing Christian voters to his side but rather a sincere expression of his faith in the United States as a Christians only nation and of Kentucky as a key part of it.
