Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher was known as the Milk Snatcher for taking away free milk from school children. Her successors in the Tory Party apparently believe that their image isn't tough enough so they are campaigning to take away free breakfasts from Welsh schoolkids. I know I'm not a political consultant but I don't really see this as a vote getter.
