Will Consumer Reports be testing these soon?

Because there is something deeply and distressingly wrong with America a television station out of Baltimore MD felt it necessary to test a "bulletproof" ruck sack to see if it was more effective at protecting one's child from an American exercising his (or her) Second Amendment right to own and carry an assault rifle than a plain old backpack full of books.

Am I the only one who sees the fact that someone actually believes that this is a way to deal with the plague of weapons on the streets, and in the schools, of America as a sign of a very deeply rooted malaise?
