The Reverend Ken Hutcherson of the Antioch Bible Church Redmond WA, home to Microsoft, wants fundamentalist Christians to buy up Microsoft stock to stop the corporation from "financing ungodly ventures", such as gay rights.
Microsoft is currently trading at 34.11 USD per share and there are 9.36 billion outstanding shares so I reckon it is going to cost Rev. Hutcherson and his (slightly mad) supporters just a shade under 160 billion USD to gain a controlling interest. I am sure that God will provide.
