Kudos are owed to SMDC Health System, a business that runs hospitals and clinics in Minnesota. The company decided that having all of those pharmaceutical company freebies hanging about, reminding practitioners to use these branded medications and supplies, was a clear conflict of interest; so they removed them from their facilities. There were nearly 20,000 items that filled up 20 shopping trolleys. Rather a lot I think.
