Captain Codpiece's administration has always been so responsive to any suggestions of incompetence, corruption or criminality in areas under its control I am sure that the sluggishness with which they seem to (not) be responding to the allegations of rape and/or sexual assault by US contractors in Iraq is just because of the hectic nature of the holiday season. I am certain that they will put it right in the new year!
