The neo-con (wet) dream of using Iraq as an immense laboratory in which to construct a neo-liberal, "free" market economy has come a step closer as we find that the experiment has been successful in the realm of health care. Up to 75% of the country's trained medical personnel, (doctors, nurses and technicians), have exercised their freedoms to market their skills elsewhere leaving Iraq with a health care system that is approaching that of the United States, envy of the world!
