State of the law

Today's Guardian features a fascinating article about (infamous?) defence attorney Leonard Weinglass who has represented, amongst others, Angela Davis, Jane Fonda, the Chicago Five, Daniel Ellsberg and the SLA. He is currently working in association with the case of the Cuban Five, who are imprisoned in the US for espionage after infiltrating cells of suspected terrorists in Miami. If you read the story of their case and think "so what" just read the story again and reverse the roles of Cuba and the United States and see if you still have the same thoughts.
