Normally I would, for obvious reasons, refrain from using the word "chutzpah" in a post about Israel. Nonetheless I can think of no better term to describe the actions of the Israeli government in committing crimes against humanity in the harsh light of day. And, so far, the rest of the world seems to be allowing them to get away with it. Admittedly the United Nations has criticised it in the mildest of terms and there have been some grumblings from the EU but the United States remains so silent that one wonders who the client state really is.
