Now that Captain Codpiece has confessed to being an accomplice to torture I think the only decision that has to be made is whether to impeach him now or wait and try him for war crimes once he leaves office. I am concerned however that ABC may not have Miran-dised him before his admission and some activist judge, if there are any left after 7 years of his reign, might let him off on a technicality.
