What am I bid for Westboro Baptist Church?

A federal judge has issued a lien against Fred Phelps's church and other property to force the payment of a 5 million USD award for his picking of a military funeral. It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch. (Does anyone in America approve of this guy?)
