Certainly all of the Presidential candidates have had to face up to many of the issues that affect Americans in this election year: the fragility of the American economy, the war in Iraq, health care and the price of gasoline but why are none of them facing up to the country's shameful and damaging dependence on imported radioactive sand. Why the conspiracy of silence?
