As we all know George Bush only listens to Generals on the ground; whoever they may be. I assume that this clique does not extend to the editors of the Army Times, Air Force Times, Navy Times or the Marine Times. Tomorrow they will, in a joint editorial, tell us that Donald Rumsfeld needs to be sacked. Should I slip off to the bookies and put a fiver on him still being Secretary of Defence in a week's time?
