Rendition claims another victim

This time it is not some unfortunate who is kidnapped in the middle of the night, manacled, flown to parts unknown and "questioned". It appears that Nicolo Pollari, the head of Italian military intelligence, has been sacked. He has been under investigation for his part in the kidnapping of an Egyptian cleric, Osama Mustafa Hassan, by the CIA in 2003.

A small step but in the right direction. Now all we need is some progress by the Germans in pursuit of war crimes charges against Rumsfeld.
