Above the law - beneath contempt

The White House is now claiming that Congress essentially has no right to charge any member of the administration with contempt once the Decider(TM) has decided to decide to claim executive privilege and should Congress proceed with contempt citations the "Justice" Department will simply throw the request in the bin. This new authority of his Imperial Majesty Emperor George the Last of the United States, the World and the known Universe shall heretofore be known as "super secret double privilege".

Time to dust off the inherent contempt process and send the Sergeant-at-Arms out to perp walk Harriet Miers up to Capitol Hill, try her, find he guilty and fry her.

(Sorry. I think I may have allowed myself to get carried away there!)
