Battleboro Vermont is considering an ordinance that would require the wearing of clothes in public. The proposed nudity emergency ordinance would ban public nudity within 200 feet of a road. Rumours that a potential visit to the town by right wing junkie Rush Limbaugh are behind the urgent need to clothe all of the town's visitors could not be confirmed at this time.
