The Decider(TM) has just had the worst quarter of his Presidency with an average approval rating of 32%. This rating is 62 percentage points lower than that which he enjoyed in the quarter after 11 September 2001 after he hit the trifecta. But he is still only second worst in his own administration so there is room for de-provement.
