FBI to begin hiring

According to budget documents it takes the US Federal Bureau of Investigation 33 man days to plant one bug. The Decider's obvious, if not explicitly stated, objective is to ensure that all Americans, except Vice President "I'm a Big" Dick Cheney - who may or may not exist, are under government surveillance. Therefore I did some calculations based on the following: 300 million Americans, 2.6 Americans per household, 1.5 bugs per household (allowing for additional surveillance at place of work etc) and approximately 235 working days per annum. Based on these calculations I have determined that the FBI will require around 16 million trained field agents to complete the task within the year.

I don't know what their current staffing levels are but I am certain that they fall well short of the requirement. I don't know about you but I'm sending my CV off today.
