Rohan Gunaratna, the prosecution's star expert in the trial of accused terrorist Jose Padilla, was simply trying to take advantage of his visibility and current market position to make a little dosh by giving an interview to CNN whilst he was still testifying in the trial. Free marketing hating U.S. District Court Judge Marcia Cooke is not amused. His testimony in the trial is not without controversy either as there are things he would love to tell the jury but then he would have to kill them!
