Democratic Presidential hopeful Barack Obama has just jumped up several levels in my opinion with his call to ban all nuclear weapons. Unfortunately he has also probably ensured that he will never be President. The Republicans, and many Democrats, will undoubtedly savage him over this quite admirable and sensible stance.
